Seminar on

 "Participation contracts and Arbitration in Disputes"

Delmon University for Science & Technology intends to organize a seminar on "Participation contracts and Arbitration in Disputes" & a workshop titled " International Commercial Arbitration " for the period from 6th to 10th April, 2008 in corporation with the Arab Organization for Administrative Development in Egypt. which is one of the  Arab League organizations.

Delmon University for Science & Technology will invite the most prominent local & Arab experts interested in the following topics:

1.   The study and analysis of the legal nature of the Participation contracts between the public & private sectors to manage Public Enterprises.

2.   The legal & organizational framework for ( PPP )*

3.   Stages of concluding these contracts.

4.    Foundations and methods of drafting & concluding Participation Contracts & their conditions.

The workshop will discuss the procedures of International Commercial Arbitration in The Participation Contracts.
